Developer buy
Is the purchase in the launch transaction?
Yes. A positive Initial buy adds the creator’s token account and buy instruction to the same transaction as creation. No other transaction can trade this market between its creation and that purchase. If the buy fails, creation rolls back with it.
Blank or zero creates the token without buying. There is no free creator allocation: the developer receives only the tokens purchased through the curve.
How is the initial buy priced?
The entered SOL amount is the maximum spend including the 1% platform fee. The SDK quotes the untouched launch curve and sets the minimum token output to that exact quote. Creation rent and network fees are additional.
| First buy | Curve receives | Creator receives |
|---|---|---|
| 1 SOL | 0.99 SOL | 34,277,831.558567 tokens |
| 10 SOL | 9.9 SOL | 266,233,082.706766 tokens |
These examples use a fresh version-2 curve. A large initial buy can complete graduation; the program caps the charge at the remaining allocation and leaves unused maximum input in the wallet.
Are developer tokens locked?
There is no vesting or developer lock in the current program. The creator can sell through the Bundless market under the same sell rules as other holders. Ordinary transfers follow the token’s active approval policy.
