Fees
Who pays and who receives the fee?
Traders pay a fixed 1% platform fee in SOL on every buy and sell through the Bundless market, before and after graduation. It accrues to the platform public key stored in that market. There is no creator fee share, custom fee setting, or staking distribution in the current program.
| Trade | Calculation |
|---|---|
| Buy | Fee = ceil(total SOL input in lamports ÷ 100). The remaining input enters trading reserves. |
| Sell | Fee = ceil(gross SOL output in lamports ÷ 100). The holder receives gross output minus the fee. |
Examples
Fee calculations round up to the nearest lamport; one lamport is 0.000000001 SOL. At graduation, a capped final buy applies the fee only to the actual charged input. Any unused part of the entered maximum stays in the buyer’s wallet.
| Trade | Pool movement | Platform fee | Trader amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 SOL buy | 0.99 SOL added to reserves | 0.01 SOL | 1 SOL spent |
| Sale quoted at 1 SOL gross | 1 SOL leaves trading reserves | 0.01 SOL retained separately | 0.99 SOL received |
Are there other charges?
Solana network fees and any account-creation rent are additional. The current program has no separate graduation charge. The fee balance is accounted for separately from liquidity, so a platform fee claim cannot spend reserves through the existing claim instruction.
After open graduation, an independently created third-party pool uses its own fee rules. The Bundless program does not collect a universal transfer tax or guarantee its 1% fee on those external trades.
